This Privacy Policy explains how Turkonic Apps Ltd ("Turkonic Apps", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile games, apps and website, including Deep Hunter: Spearfishing, BankaRadar and any future products that link to this policy (the "Services").
1. Who we are
Turkonic Apps Ltd is the data controller for the Services. Contact: info@turkonicapps.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: if you contact support, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Gameplay and app data: progress, settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account.
- Device and usage data: basic technical information (device model, operating system, app version, crash reports, anonymous usage events) may be collected through our service providers to keep the Services working and improve them.
- Advertising identifiers: where a product shows ads, our ad partners may use your device's advertising ID to serve and measure ads, subject to your device settings and consent.
- Notifications: if you allow push notifications (for example, BankaRadar campaign expiry alerts), a device token is stored to deliver them. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
We do not collect your bank card numbers, bank login details or payment information. BankaRadar only displays publicly available campaign information.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services;
- To respond to your requests and provide support;
- To send notifications you have enabled;
- To show and measure advertising where applicable;
- To detect, prevent and fix technical issues and abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR / KVKK)
We rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvement), consent (personalised ads, notifications) and legal obligation where required.
5. Service providers
We may use trusted third parties such as Apple, Google (Firebase, Google Play services, AdMob) and hosting providers. They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local authority.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International transfers
Information may be processed outside your country, including in the UK, EU, Türkiye and the United States, with appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.

2. Topladığımız bilgiler
- Bize verdiğiniz bilgiler: destek için yazdığınızda e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız.
- Oyun ve uygulama verileri: ilerleme, ayarlar ve tercihler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Hesap açmanız gerekmez.
- Cihaz ve kullanım verileri: cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, çökme raporları ve anonim kullanım olayları gibi temel teknik bilgiler, hizmet sağlayıcılarımız aracılığıyla toplanabilir.
- Reklam kimlikleri: reklam gösteren ürünlerde reklam ortaklarımız, cihaz ayarlarınız ve onayınız çerçevesinde reklam kimliğinizi kullanabilir.
- Bildirimler: anlık bildirimlere izin verirseniz (ör. BankaRadar kampanya bitiş uyarıları) bildirim göndermek için bir cihaz anahtarı saklanır. Cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
Kart numaranızı, banka giriş bilgilerinizi veya ödeme bilgilerinizi toplamayız. BankaRadar yalnızca herkese açık kampanya bilgilerini gösterir.
3. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız
- Hizmetleri sunmak, sürdürmek ve geliştirmek;
- Taleplerinize yanıt vermek ve destek sağlamak;
- Açtığınız bildirimleri göndermek;
- Uygun olduğunda reklam göstermek ve ölçmek;
- Teknik sorunları ve kötüye kullanımı tespit edip önlemek;
- Yasal yükümlülüklere uymak.
4. Hukuki dayanak (KVKK / UK GDPR / AB GDPR)
Sözleşmenin ifası, meşru menfaat (güvenlik, analiz, geliştirme), açık rıza (kişiselleştirilmiş reklam, bildirimler) ve gerektiğinde yasal yükümlülük.
5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Apple, Google (Firebase, Google Play hizmetleri, AdMob) ve barındırma sağlayıcıları gibi güvenilir üçüncü taraflarla çalışabiliriz.
6. Saklama süresi
Kişisel bilgileri yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlar için gerekli olduğu sürece saklarız. Destek e-postaları en fazla 24 ay saklanır.
7. Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz ülkeye göre verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, rızanızı geri çekme ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Bunun için bize e-posta gönderin. Ayrıca KVKK Kurumu'na veya Birleşik Krallık ICO'ya şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
8. Çocuklar
Hizmetlerimiz 13 yaşın (veya ülkenizdeki asgari yaşın) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir; bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
9. Güvenlik
Bilgileri korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız; ancak hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli değildir.
10. Yurt dışına aktarım
Bilgiler uygun güvencelerle Birleşik Krallık, AB, Türkiye ve ABD dahil ülkelerde işlenebilir.
